The Supreme Court has dismissed a Competition law claim against Gibtelecom. Gib Fibre accused Gibtel of unfairly denying access to its data centres, following years of litigation between the companies on related issues. The company, and its subsidiary Rockolo, always maintained they had acted properly. Puisne Judge John Restano ruled Gibtelecom did not abuse a dominant market position.
