Are we broken and need to be fixed? Homework Do what you know. When we listen deeply from the moment there is a knowingness of appropriate action. Such action does not arise from the limited needs of the individual but out of the clear comprehension of the entire situation. It is not a reaction to the situation but a spontaneous arising from awareness itself. Use the phrase, “do what you know,” as a guide to your actions this week. First relax and ground yourself in the present, take in the circumstances without judgment, listen to hear what is be asked of you, then do what is appropriate. Sometimes what is being asked of you is nothing but silence, sometimes not. Video Link to view on Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/3575733 TalkID=555 SeriesID=15
