God makes a very clear command for His people…do NOT misuse my name. God’s name is his reputation and a representation of who He is, and it should be spoken with great reverence and honor. However, we use God’s name now in punchlines and texts when we are upset. We use His name as a curse, along with wrongfully swearing on His name to prove a point. How can we change this and bring back proper honor and fear when we speak, type, or text His name?
