The Tennessee Titans cut down their roster on Tuesday and some of the biggest news came at wide receiver where the Titans parted ways with Xavier Restrepo and James Proche. This leaves major questions at punt returner for the Titans, but they may be doing a little trick to make the roster math work. On defense, the depth still isn't there, but it is still a bit surprising that certain names like Ali Gaye and Cam Horsley didn't get a shot.
