The Tennessee Titans have a massive leadership issue and while most could tell you that already, the issue was spotlighted in a major way by the Titans top players after their embarrassing loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Cam Ward, Jeffery Simmons and Arden Key all head eyebrow-raising comments after the game that prove how desperate this team is for a galvanizing force. Many onlookers came out of Sunday's game frustrated with Ward's performance and it wasn't his best, but the weekly declarations on whether Ward is or isn't a franchise quarterback are exhausting.
