The Tennessee Titans are expected to be active before the trade deadline on Tuesday and that is no surprise, but what has been a bit of surprise is the availability of second-year defensive tackle T'Vondre Sweat. Sweat being on the trading block is a rejection of Ran Carthon and his type of player, but it isn't a rejection of the draft and develop mantra.
