Tennessee to Turkey with Danielle Marcano

After a successful 4-year career in the SEC at U of Tennessee, Danielle took a full 2 years off from competitive football before realizing her dream of playing professionally abroad. She had always dreamt of becoming a pro, but the path wasn't clear, until she got a cold call from an agent she had never spoken to before. She then jumped on the opportunity for a first contract in Iceland, only 3 weeks after learning about it. After a year in the 2nd tier, Danielle turned her sights to the top tier in Iceland.
