It is a technique where you can use an opportunity meant for your opponent to your advantage.Potency: Holding return can be effective at all levels but it is especially potent at the B, C or Junior level tennis. At these stages of tennis, the service is often the least developed tennis skill in players. So, once your opponent has done the serve and  then a powerful and well-placed return can immediately put the server at the baseline and stop him/her from further attack and be on defense.Other ImplicationsMastering your hold on return cultivates aggressive mindset in returnsIt facilitates attacking mentality, confidence and consistency in all levels of playersJoin UsJoin us to get such useful tips for tennis to upgrade your game.
