Terance Frazier sits down with Philip Teresi as the City of Fresno moves to take over Granite Park. Frazier shares details about how the city has fallen short on their initial agreement and how much of his own money he has put into the park. Per a Judge ruling, The City of Fresno was granted immediate possession of Granite Park in Central Fresno.
