Terpene Therapy #010: CBN Spotlight

Cannabinol or CBN is an oxidative byproduct of ∆9-THC and was first discovered in the late 19th century. In my experience this particular cannabinoid is useful for sleep and in low doses anxiety during the day time. For some people it works better for anxiety management than ∆9-THC.
