Terpene Therapy #229: Exploring The Moss Gibbs Woodland Garden

This week we're exploring one of my favorite parts of the parklands, the Moss Gibbs Woodland Garden! The bottlebrushes are blooming this week and I wanted to capture them before they're gone! I also talk about harm reduction when dealing with thoughts resurfacing from a past addiction. Sometimes, when you go deep enough into the murky waters, the thoughts and cravings never truly leave you. You just learn to deal with them in healthier ways!
