Maryland football is poised for a major turnaround this season, with 71% of last year’s production returning—the highest in the Big Ten. Coach Locksley is thrilled with the depth, especially on the lines, and the team’s relentless grind during camp signals real commitment. New offensive coordinator Clint Trickett brings a run-heavy system that perfectly suits sophomore QB Malik Washington, who’s not just leading with his arm but also his voice, pushing everyone to higher standards. With fresh energy, proven talent, and a new playbook, Terps fans are buzzing for what could be their breakout year.
