from Wendy's Coffeehouse Curious · host Wendy's Coffeehouse

He says every word is true. Terry Lovelace, retired lawyer, former Assistant Attorney General, never intended to go public with his story. What he discovered in 2012 changed his mind.1977, Devils Den State Park, 60 miles south of Joplin, Mo. (270 miles or so south of Whiteman AFB) Terry and his friend set up camp. Terry planned to take pictures of wildlife. At some point, the night sounds ceased and the lights appeared. What happened next fueled 40 years of PTSD. To this day, Terry avoids open, grassy fields. Curious footnote Terry still can't explain - when they went to the park where he intended to photograph wildlife, he left the camera home.Terry had been set to appear at the Ozark Mountain UFO Conference in April. That conference has been rescheduled for July. Link.

Terry feels compelled to share his story for the benefit of informing and alerting those who doubt and more importantly, those who have yet to share theirs.
