Terry Tucker

Terry Tucker is an amazing human being and the author of Sustainable Excellence, Ten Principles to Leading Your Uncommon and Extraordinary Life. Terry is a cancer warrior for the past 9 years which has helped him create a beautiful and empowering mindset.   Terry brings a unique and positive bent to the idea of health and self-improvement. He focuses on the healthy aspect of being sick by 1. Controlling your mind, so it doesn’t control you. 2. Embracing the pain and suffering and using it to make you a stronger and more determined individual, and 3. Remembering that as long as you don’t quit, you can never be defeated.   Terry played NCAA Division 1 basketball and graduated from The Citadel. He became a police officer where he eventually became a SWAT hostage negotiator. Terry really is incredible! One thing he learned during all of his pain and suffering is that you have two choices. You can succumb to the debilitating discomfort and misery, or you can learn to embrace it and use it to make you a stronger and better human being.
