Tesla’s Hidden $1.5B AI Business

Tesla reported 1.28M active FSD subscriptions at the end of Q1 2026. At $99/month that's equivalent to $1.5B in annual revenue. That's right, Tesla already has a $1.5B / year AI business that is almost 100% profit (pure software) and it's growing like crazy. Subscriptions were up 51% year over year in Q1 and accelerating. With EU approval in the Netherlands paving the way for Europe and upcoming FSD approval in China get ready for this FSD subscriptions number to keep BOOOMING.
