In this episode of testhim stories we chatted with Kevin Button. Kevin was diagnosed with sertoli cell only syndrome after the devastating news that he didn't have any sperm in his sample. He endured a micro tese operation before being told there was no chance of him being able to father his own child. Kevin talks incredibly openly about the impact this had on him. Drink, drugs and a broken relationship it's fair to say his diagnosis had a massive impact on his life and his mental health. Having also lost his cousin to suicide Kevin has turned his experience into something positive helping other men realise the importance of talking about mental health. Kevin is the founder of them_ancave on instagram and speaks about the reality of mental health issues amongst men. A fantastic advocate and supporter for all the men out there.
