Ruth Randall, 53, from Metro Detroit, grew up in a Jewish community not too far from where she lives today as she cares for her aging Jewish father.  Her story goes beyond her ethnicity.  It is a very open, honest, and human struggle story from the ‘60s and ‘70s, mixed with later heart break and a broken family and of course, Jewish identity.  Her relationship with Yeshua is a great example of faith while weak and grateful at the same time.  Ruth is a mother of two adult daughters and grandmother of two young grandsons.  She has a 10 plus year career in caring for seniors.  She describes her days as challenging, yet closer than ever with the God of Israel.  Our favorite quote from her interview: “…it doesn’t have to make sense...”.  Here's her story.  If any listener would like to contact her please use this link to reach out--->  https://www.romans1v16.com/contact/

The Remnant Radio's Podcast The Remnant Radio The Remnant Radio educates and equips believers in God's Word & Spirit, exploring Christian theology, church history, and the gifts of the Spirit in a manner that is engaging, relatable, and inspiring. Weekly, we bring together Christian influencers from various denominations to explore theology, church history, and the gifts of the Spirit. We don't always agree with the views of our guests. And, we don’t expect that you will always agree, either. But we are brothers and sisters in Christ, and we agree to humbly approach God’s Word so we can better understand it together. In each episode, we strive to offer constructive dialogue and healthy pushback without veering into argumentative or combative territory. Expect each Remnant Radio episode to be not only informative but also encouraging, entertaining, and, hopefully, inspiring. Our ultimate goal is to help every individual break out of their theological echo chamber and engage in the conversation. Visit our website RTRMI Radio Pastor R.J.Douglas Jr. Restoring The Remnant is a multi-cultural, radical bunch of faith believing overcomes, whose purpose is to display the continuous love, power and authority of Jesus Christ.
