Texas A&M Baseball 2026 Season Preview: Predictions & Players To Watch

Southeastern 16’s Graham Doty and Chris Lee look at the Texas A&M Aggies heading into the 2026 baseball season. Topics include: Coach Michael Earley tries to reset after a difficult 2025 season, his debut one as a head coach. The Aggies had a last-minute change at hitting coach that will require a staff re-shuffle. The biggest thing that went wrong last year was injuries to stars Gavin Grahovac, Caden Sorrell and Shane Sdao, with pitching contributor Josh Stewart also hurt. Texas A&M has the potential for a strong batting order with the addition of transfers Chris Hacopian and Jake Duer, along with catcher Zane Becker. They’ll pair with a number of quality returning bats like Terrence Kiel II, Bear Harrison, Ben Royo, Blake Binderup and Sawyer Farr. Veteran returnee Weston Moss joins Sdao to give the Aggies a quality 1-2 punch at the top of the rotation.
