Texas Tech guard Elijah Hawkins is the best facilitator in the country

Point guard & DMV native Elijah Hawkins has transferred to Texas Tech for his senior season, after spending two seasons at Howard and last year at Minnesota. Last season, Hawkins finished 2nd nationally in assists per game & is motivated to improve on that mark this season.
