From TFMR experiences in Mexico & the USA, where women's reproductive rights and the abortion debate is so much more polarised, to healing grief rituals.Today, we speak with Sabrina about her TFMR experience in Mexico (she is an American currently living there) and how many women in the USA and Mexico often don’t have the support they need when going through TFMR. We talk about the language of TFMR and how the medical terms often don't give justice to our lived experiences of birthing our loved babies and Sabrina talks about how after her TFMR she sought out the expertise of a doula to help her with her grieving process. This eventually led her to becoming a doula herself and she now supports others who have gone through a pregnancy loss. She uses rituals and creativity to help her with her own grief and explains how this can be used by others to heal.
