We can decide for GOD instead of the ego. This would free us from all fear, guilt and anger in an instant, and put in the stillness and the peace of God. This is not a difficult decision. We can admit we made the wrong decision if we are not feeling wholly joyous. We have to accept the Atonement for ourselves. We have to "decide otherwise," and allow the Holy Spirit to correct all of our wrong thinking. If we are not at peace, wholly joyous, we have to admit we were "wrong." In this way the Atonement "undoes" our wrong decisions. We can decide for the Holy Spirit's correction.
