Your true Self cannot be hurt, nor can it hurt others. We no longer project attack onto others, not "beat ourselves up" for mistakes we made. We can forgive us for our mistakes—for all those times when we attacked ourselves or others—and be in the Peace of God which is only LOVE. The absolute thought system of the Holy Spirit teaches "only Love." We embrace this Self-Identity which is what we are. We will inevitably teach something. Heaven or Hell are our only options, and one is real and the other is not. Hell is an illusion of attack that we made up. Heaven is God Created which is what we are, and what we can extend.
