The Second Lesson of the Holy Spirit is "To have peace, teach peace to learn it." This further supports the law that what we give away we already have, and increase what we have. Give peace in order to teach and learn it. Peace is increased by giving it away. This is your peace that is already within yourself. When we decide to teach peace, we side with the thought system of the Holy Spirit. There is no conflict in this decision. We are consistent in what we teach—peace and joy. We only GAIN by GIVING. Nothing real can be increased except by sharing that. When we share we give away our most valuable asset, inner peace. By giving it away we increase it in ourselves.
