TGOG 2024; 2-24; TEXT 9; SEC IV; HOLY SPIRIT'S FORGIVENESS

To forgive is to "overlook." Can we overlook our errors, and those of others? When we make the "error" real, and then "forgive" it, we are using the "ego's plan" for forgiveness. This does not absolve us of guilt, but intensifies it. We do not know what forgiveness truly is, but we have a Guide to help us, Who does know. Can we allow the Holy Spirit to accomplish forgiveness for us, and give up our judgments in all matters. The Holy Spirit has a "judgment" that restores our innocence and corrects all of our errors. Are we willing to let go of all other plans but this one? To have the Holy Spirit's plan, we first have to let go of our own plans. In this "dropping it," The Holy Spirit can give us the Atonement. We need only accept it.
