TGOG 2024; 8-7; TEXT 21; SEC V; THE FUNCTION OF REASON

What is the function of reason? Reason is a way of determining if our perception is aligned with the Holy Spirit or with the ego. Thought precedes perception, so reason also examines the mind that determines the perception. What is in this mind? And who do we think we are? Our "self view" plays a role in what we witness in the world. Awareness of Reality would show us the possibilities of the Holy Spirit's thought system. Awareness is not "thinking." Awareness roots out our "personal lies" and changes them. We forgive ourselves for misbelieving and misperceiving. We accept our Self as God created us, we are aware of our Truth that sees miracles as natural. All "calls for help" are answered. We join our mind with the Mind of God and we are healed. Our true healing will positively affect all those around us.
