There is a Reality of the Heaven State of Being inside of ourself. This is fully intact, but we have not sought it there. Sought in the "externals," the dream of heaven becomes an idol to death, though we may deny we are attracted to it. This Section states, "Seek not outside yourself" for the truth of your Being that God created whole. You are already perfect. Seek not to "perfect yourself" when you are already whole, perfect, and complete.
