SALVATION FROM FEAR is simply accomplished by giving up our attack thoughts. In other word, letting go of anger. One would resist, thinking that defense and attack are necessary to be "safe."In fact, the opposite is true. Attack and anger make us a target for another’s attack, and therefore unsafe. "In my defenselessness my safety lies," say Jesus in Lesson #153 of the Workbook. When we see the "sinlessness" of our brother, we can see it in ourselves. And in that vision do we have certainty there is nothing to fear.
