Thank a Union

This week Matt and Lauren talk about the struggles workers have had to face from their own government here in Iowa. It's been a rough couple years since Republicans in the legislature teamed up with corporate lobbyists and passed one of the worst bills in the nation for public employees. Labor Day is about more than the end of summer and your last big barbecue. Workers have struggled and even died for basic rights like organizing, safe working conditions, a basic level of pay, and health care. If you agree, check out ThankAUnion.com and spread the word.
