Thank God for His Church

An anxious wait ends with news that a young church remains strong under pressure. Paul, Silas and Timothy thank God because He has changed the Thessalonians, producing active faith, hard-working love and enduring hope in Jesus. The gospel of Christ crucified and risen came with the Holy Spirit’s power, bringing joy in suffering and a decisive turn from idols.
