Thank you Councilmember Brewer for exposing the ugly, but real truth about the Elk Grove City Council

We want to thank Elk Grove City Councilmembers Kevin Spease and Rod Brewer for their May 8, 2024 deliberation on the recently approved $300 million Sacramento Zoo relocation project. If nothing else, Brewer's remarks exposed the corruption and illegality of how Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen and some of her councilmen and are willing to break California law.
