Thank You, Father! #1 Generosity

Jesus tells us in the Sermon on the Mount, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father (Mt. 5:16). This is what we do as Christians, by the way that we live we cause people to praise our Father in Heaven. Paul takes up a collection of money for Believers in need and he says that two good things will result from this ministry of giving—the needs of the believers will be met, and they will joyfully express their thanks to God (2 Cor 9:12). Giving is a way for us to express gratitude to the Lord for His great provision for us. It is the one who does not trust God who has a poverty mentality and is unwilling to share. God help us to be grateful for His great provision by sharing with others.
