Change is coming to Agriculture, in policies and people. It’s a time to be thankful for the USDA team who came to Washington four years ago to give their best to help farmers and time to welcome a new team coming to the Capitol ready to give their own best.  Jeff Van Pevanage is the President and CEO of Columbia Grain.
