Thankful Thursday #3: Thankful in the Waiting

This week on Thankful Thursday, we’re leaning into a season most of us would skip if we could: the waiting. Whether you’re praying for clarity, longing for change, or holding onto hope for something you can’t yet see, waiting can feel uncomfortable, uncertain, and slow. But Romans 12:12 gives us a posture to hold onto in the meantime: “Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer.” In this episode, we talk about how to practice gratitude—not just when prayers are answered, but while we’re still waiting. We share how to look for God’s quiet mercies in the in-between places, how to stay encouraged when the timeline feels long, and how when we thank God before the answer comes, we shift our focus from what we don't know to Who we do know.
