Pastor Bruce Garner // Thanks for looking out for me! HE'S DOWN! SHOULD WE SHOOT HIM?!? There’s an old cliche that the only army that shoots its wounded is the Christian church. Like many cliches, it has some truth in it. Too many Christians have discovered that they fell into sin and no one came to help. I’ve heard too many stories of people who were wounded and abandoned. Is that the best we can do? NO. Sunday, I want to share a passage from Scripture that tells us what sort of congregation we should be, and how we should treat one another as we follow Jesus together. I hope you’ll join me, and if you have a friend who has been wounded by church, ask them to come with you. Actually doing what God says always brings wholeness.
