Find out how to make your leftovers appealing again, after you have had that second or third plate and you don’t think you can do it again! In this episode, we talk about:Two ways to make turkey pot pieKFC inspired turkey bowlsA delicious ham and bean dish made in the Instant Pot A recipe for creamy ham and broccoli soupA brainstorm on other uses for your leftover turkeyResources & LinksHere is the soup recipe Kelly talks about in the episode, but she always doubles the recipe.  This is also one of those recipes that you can “eyeball” and you don’t need to strictly follow the quantities.  So make it how you want! Creamy Ham and Broccoli Soup4 t butter4 t flour1 can chicken broth or stock1 c chopped broccoli2 T chopped onion1 c chopped ham⅛ tsp fresh thyme¾ shredded swiss cheeseChop your broccoli and ham and put to the side.  Prepare your thyme and swiss cheese if you didn’t buy shredded swiss cheese.  Melt your butter in a sauce pan and mix in the flour to incorporate.  Slowly stir in the chicken broth (or stock).  Bring to a boil (about 2 minutes).  Stir in broccoli and onion.
