That Film Stew | Episode 632 – Cold Storage (Review)

Directed by Jonny Campbell, Cold Storage is the horror comedy based on David Koepp’s (who also wrote the screenplay) 2019 novel of the same name. Teacake (Joe Keery) and Naomi (Georgina Campbell), two employees at a self-storage company, have the wildest shift of their lives when a parasitic fungus that was sealed by the government escapes. The highly contagious and rapidly mutating microorganism starts to multiply as it unleashes its brain-controlling, body-bursting terrors on the facility’s inhabitants.
