"That I May Know Him and the Power of His Resurrection..." Paul of Tarsus

from A Sound Heart · host Josiah Rich

Paul's theology was intrinsically Christocentric.  He had graduated beyond the both/and theology of the compromisers.  Paul knew that if one wanted to know the depths of the person of Jesus the elemental things of the cosmos had to be abandoned.  The line of demarcation is written in the Blood of Jesus.  Those who come to Him for real know this to be true.  The pseudo-intellectual types want a Jesus that fits their tired scholarship.  They have forgotten that Jesus is the Man who fits no model!
