In this episode, we are going to have a conversation with the author of a new children’s book, that can help kids and families deal with death and grief in an open and honest way; encourage the sharing of memories of loved ones, and how to have those difficult conversations about losing someone. Heaven’s Bell takes us on a journey of two Best Friends that must face the reality of death and the possibility of what’s beyond that. This book offers a way for people to talk about death and grief and has a special way to share memories and keep them alive; it was written for teens but enjoyed by people of all ages. The story focuses on 11-year-old best friends Cody and Ashley, and what happens when their once-in-a-lifetime friendship is threatened by personal tragedy.
