That's Rad Episode V: The Women of Cooperation

Who run the world? Girls! In this episode of “That’s Rad,” host Anastasia is talking to and about some of the women who keep the Co-op going. Women represent all parts of the Littleton Food Co-op: farmers, employees, members, management, producers, and more. But, they don’t always receive the same resources or support in their industries. This episode is to highlight just how integral women are to our food system. First, hear from Vanessa Robbins, Secretary of the Littleton Food Co-op Board of Directors, about what it’s like to be a young female board member. You’ll also get to hear some wisdom from Nancy Plante, owner and founder of Peace of Mind Baking Company in Conway, NH.
