The #1 Reason Ozempic Won't Work that No One is Talking About Many will do anything to lose weight, even if it's unnatural and long term health effects are unknown. But what happens when weight loss feels unsafe? What happens when you feel uncomfortable being thin? Then what? Let's take a look at the #1 reason Ozempic won't work in episode 633 of The JoLynn Braley Show. No one else is talking about this! The #1 Reason Ozempic Won't Work that No One is Talking About [Podcast #633] No One is talking about this: if you do not feel safe being thin, you will NOT be able to be thin. This means that you can use Ozempic to lose weight and you can do crash diets to lose weight and you can do all kinds of other things to lose weight whether they are healthy and sane or not, but in the end if you do not feel SAFE being thin, you will always end up sabotaging your weight loss and gaining all the weight back in the end. Why? Because you have to keep yourself safe. This might look like yo-yo dieting and it might look like you have a food addiction or it might look like you suffer with emotional eating, binge eating or compulsive overeating habits, but underneath it all, if you don't feel safe being thin, you won't be. This doesn't mean you won't be able to lose some pounds, but you'll always end up gaining it back (unless you heal from the inside out - change your mind to change your body). The Real Problem You see, the real problem isn't your diet, the food you eat, or the lack of exercise you get. Sure, of course these things matter, but how can you effectively change any of this if you do NOT feel safe being thin? The big problem here is if your fat is your armor, and you want to lose weight, how could you ever lose weight until you take the Inner Journey of healing to release the armor of fat? Does this make sense? Why Wouldn't You WANT to Be Thin? But why wouldn't you want to be thin? It's not that you don't want to be thin, it's about not feeling safe being thin. Consciously you might say you really want to lose weight, and you might be considering finding a way to get Ozempic for weight loss, even though that's supposed to be a medication for diabetics. But if unconsciously you don't feel safe being thin, nothing will help you lose weight and keep it off unless you take the inner journey to heal your inner self and set yourself free. If you take the inner journey and heal what's been in your way, then you'll be able to lose weight and keep it off. But if you haven't done the inner work, you are where you are right now, which this leads us to the next question you might have, "Why wouldn't you feel safe being thin?". First off, this may all be unconscious for you, the way you sabotage your best weight loss efforts. Therefore, even if Ozempic were to help you shed some pounds, you'd have to sabotage your weight loss and gain the weight back if you don't feel safe being thin, either consciously or unconsciously. Since I don't know you (unless I'm personally coaching you in The Inner Self Diet today) I cannot say exactly what is standing in your way but in general, many who have suffered trauma or abuse in the past use food to comfort themselves and keep a layer (or layers) of fat on their body as an "armor of protection".
