The 1897 Airship Wave

Have you ever wondered about olde timey UFO sightings? You know just the regular stuff like did the UFOs look the same, what did the people of the time think, how did the sightings go?Well don't worry hypothetical person who has perfectly reasonable thoughts, we got you with the great airship flap of 1897. We are going to cover the two distinct portions of it: the ship sightings throughout California in 1896 and the sightings throughout the rest of the contiguous US. There's inhabitants that we are going to meet, descriptions of the ships and of course inventors with wild stories claiming responsibility.
