IT metrics - interactive presentation and sharing It's been said, "You are what you measure". But measuring the right performance and matching to strategic goals is as much art as science. This session will feature an overview of performance metrics and a cross-industry CIO panel discussing the "hows and whys" of their company's measurement systems. The session will also feature the use of audience response technology so that all attendees can share their impressions and opinions on key metric information.
