This Sunday, Pastor Tim continues the series Scroll 2, looking at Acts 12:1-25.    Sermon Questions : 1. Have you ever had a "close call"--one of those experiences that when you look back you're not sure how you escaped serious injury or even death? What happened? 2. Peter definitely experiences a "close call" in Acts 12. What aspects of his escape do you find most intriguing and why? 3. This story raises lots of "why" questions: For example, why did God allow James to die but sent an angel to help Peter escape? What are some of the hard "why" questions you've asked God in your own life? 4. Why is answering the "who" more important than the "why's" (2 Timothy 1:11-12)?
