The 3 Key Components of Self-Love

Wondering how you can love yourself more deeply? In this episode I talk about 3 components that will help you on your self-love journey. Often we try to do too much, and that includes many times over-doing certain self-care practices. Self-love is not a particular action, self-love is more about the relationship you have with yourself. The three components I'm covering in this video are: Reflectiveness: Checking in with yourself daily to see if something needs to be tweaked. Honesty: Leading your life from an authentic place without excuses. Action: Doing or un-doing practices/habits that will bring you closer to yourself. Again, self-love is not the same as self-care, and we can do things without them helping us connect with ourselves more deeply. Any time you do something, ask yourself, "is this helping me on my self-love journey?" You want whatever you do to bring you closer to yourself, so you can become the full fledge version of yourself, and then, when you do serve people, you'll show up as the real, authentic you.
