Born in Brooklyn, New York, Odell Glenn Jr., Ph.D., (analogous to the city which never sleeps) remain on the move bringing with his creativity to community and maintaining consistent growth as his fundamental core value in life. He is described as a problem solver, team player, strategist, and motivator marked by academic inquiry. He is also an author, minister, and primary full-time caregiver. He brings his experience of leadership, skill, and knowledge to entrepreneurship. Through years of leadership, he has found himself a foundation, entitled "3 TIER FOUNDATION". The 3 TIER FOUNDATION looks to improve the community by providing preparation at reduced costs to properly prepare students for the S.A.T. examination, by providing workshops to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and home-based businesses, and by making respite care possible for full-time caregivers. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10
