The Agile World ® team talks to the State of Agile Culture report team. We get some insights from this years report and highlight some significant data disparity between the c-suite and workers. Only 10% of leaders are Post Heroic in their engagement moving away from command and control, 97% of leaders believe they are agile while only 2% of workers think that the c-suite are agile. The first two reports revealed that leadership was one of the biggest challenges for agile culture. The 3rd report hopes to delve deeper into leadership styles and their effects on agile culture.
