The 4 C's - Create - Contribute - Cultivate - Consume

from Finding the Floor - A thoughtful approach to midlife motherhood and what comes next. · host Camille Johnson

Send us Fan Mail “The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul.” In this episode I talk about what I am calling the 4Cs - create, contribute, cultivate and consume. I share this new theory of mine in regards to helping my children be more aware of how they spend their time, but it really relates to everyone. I also mention how long it takes to create different things, like a fancy birthday cake, a book, or even an amazing musical versus how long it takes for us to consume that thing. It is my theory that if you have more of the first 3 - create, contribute and cultivate then your overall well being is so much better. Listen up to the theory and you will also find out my “aha” moment as well. For more info go to www.findingthefloor.com/ep079 Subscribe to Fridge Notes here I would love to hear from you! You can reach me at [email protected] or dm @findingthefloor on instagram. Thanks for listening!! Thanks to Seth Johnson for my intro and outro original music. I love it so much!
