The 4 Different Types of Prophecy

**If God is for you, who can be against you?** View the prophetic through Joseph Z's lenses in today's session, as he highlights the different types of prophetic flows. He distinguishes between a convert and a disciple, emphasizing what it entails to be a disciple.  Joseph emphasizes four prophetic flows: Roeh (the visionary gift), Nabi (an inspirational gift of the Holy Spirit that operates through God's voice or divine inspiration), Chazah (to gaze), and Chozeh (to peer into the distance or lean forward to look into the future). He points to Agabus, the New Testament prophet who warned of a famine, prompting the church to respond with a redemptive purpose by sending aid to the affected area. When someone receives Jesus and begins the process of becoming a son or daughter of God, they are considered a convert. In contrast, a disciple actively listens to God's word by reading the Bible. He references Romans 12:1 to explain what being a disciple entails. He cautions that the devil seeks to lead people into vain imaginations, away from God's word, allowing evil to take hold in our lives. February 17, 2026
