The 4 Things That Helped Me Scale to Seven-Figures (and How You Can Too!)

from Business Not As Usual with Megan Yelaney · host Megan Yelaney

In episode 101 of The #PrettyAwkward Entrepreneur Podcast, I'm sharing with you the four tools I used to scale my business to seven figures. Now listen: I'm not going to lie to you and pretend that any of these tools are life-changing "hacks" that will completely change your business overnight. There's no one right thing that will magically get you to seven figures. I built up my business over several years with dedication and consistency. But I firmly believe that if you use and implement these tools over time, you'll see powerful results in your business too.   The tools I discuss include: Defining my unique coaching method Being curious about my audience Making my business an expression of myself   Really listening to my audience     For me, building a seven-figure business wasn't about numbers or finding the "right" strategy. It was about making connections with people and relating to people on a human level. I connect to my clients by being my true self. I encourage you not to worry about finding the perfect "hack" that will make your business succeed. Instead, focus more on genuine connection. And finally, as always, stay safe, stay healthy, and stay #PrettyAwkward!   If you have enjoyed this episode of the podcast, take a screenshot, head on over to Instagram and share your IG stories and tag me, @meganyelaney  Join my Free Get More Clients 5 Day Challenge starting on April 26th!
