The 90 Minute Cassette Tape/Mini-Cassette Recorder Experiment Episode

Six months ago I came into the possession of a Panasonic RQ-L30 Mini Cassette Recorder and a 90 minute cassette tape that contained the soundtrack for Mary Poppins on one side and the soundtrack for Robert Altman's Popeye (written by Harry Nilsson) on the other side.  The tape was put in the machine and everyday, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day, Shotgun Mike would push that record button and record 20 to 30 seconds of audio from wherever he was.  He did this until he filled the 90 minute cassette tape entirely.  This episode is your opportunity to hear the entire contents of that cassette tape, and let me tell you:  it will have you on edge of your seat.  As a matter of fact, if you have to work or do anything meaningful today, you might want to cancel it.  This episode is going to take a toll on you.  Don't worry though.  It'll be worth it.  I can guarantee that.Support the show
